What can one say about a small piece of plastic that no one will ever see? It is so red! And small! so perfectly...perfect! Lol! To be fair, it was well worth the wait for them to arrive from the East Coast. The ad hoc and generic clips that held the rear panel in place on my 2000 Discovery II were just not adequate. They were too snug and too bulbous. The rear panel fits much tighter to the door frame now. Here's a tip: If you're in need of replacing the "dust and water" vinyl protective sheeting between the metal door and the panel, try using clear adhesive carpet shield. It comes in rolls and is available at most hardware stores. Just roll it out and press.
