Kit List:
1x Bumper.
2x Anti Torque Brackets with Bolts.
Installation Procedure:
1. Remove the front bumper from the vehicle. As well as the main bumper bolts, the bumper is secured by bolts (1) to the side brackets (2) so you need to loosen these too. It will also be necessary to remove the bracket completely on the side of the windscreen washer reservoir. Also if there are fog lights on the vehicle, these will need to be disconnected.
2. Now to fit the Winch Bumper. Some help will be useful at this stage so find 2 strong people to lift the bumper while the third aligns the holes and pushes the bolts through. If fitting a winch, it may be an idea to put it in place now as it may be difficult to do so when all the bolts are tightened.
3. Now fit the Anti Torque Brackets. Slide the end of the bracket with the nut on through the hole in the chassis. (Some filing may be necessary if the nut does not fit through the hole). Align with the hole in the bumper, and screw the bolt into the nut.
4. Finally position the bumper as required and tighten all bolts fully.
PLEASE NOTE: Ensure Fairlead is fitted before fitting winch.
