ARB Air Locker Limited Warranty

ARB Corporation Limited's ARB Air Locker Differentials are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of first retail purchase. ARB Corporation Limited's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or crediting at its option, any part found to be defective.

ARB Corporation Limited does not warrant or make any representations concerning its ARB Air Locker Differentials when:

• I. The products are not installed, used, and maintained strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and in accordance with good installation and maintenance practices of the automotive industry.
• II. The products are installed in vehicles that are used in competition of any type.
• III. The products are installed in vehicles fitted with aftermarket non-standard tires with diameters in excess of OEM specifications.
• IV. The products are installed in vehicles with engines that have been modified to increase performance beyond that recommended by the original vehicle manufacturer or ARB Corporation Limited.
• V. The products are installed in vehicles fitted with non-original engines of greater performance than the engines originally fitted.

ARB Corporation Limited will not be liable for labor charges and other intangible or consequential losses that might be claimed as a result of the failure of the ARB Air Locker or any part thereof.

When adjustment is sought under this warranty a claim should be made as follows:

• The ARB Air Locker, which the customer claims to be defective, should be returned together with all mounting parts, accompanied by the proof of purchase to an authorized ARB Air Locker Distributor.
• The Authorized ARB Air Locker Distributor will contact ARB Corporation Limited to have the claim approved and arrangements will be made to have repairs or replacements made.

There are no other warranties either expressed or implied, which extend beyond those set forth in the preceding paragraphs.

In the event that the supply of goods pursuant to this agreement is a supply of goods or services to the consumer as defined in the Trade Practices Act 1974 (as amended) (the "Act"), nothing contained in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy which, pursuant to the Act, applies to this agreement or is conferred upon the customer, provided that to the extent that the Act permits ARB Corporation Limited to limit its liability for a breach of a condition or warranty implied by the Act, then ARB Corporation Limited's liability for such breach shall be limited to the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods.
