If you’re paying nearly $100,000 on a large, luxury SUV you want it to be safe, right?Land Rover is aware of the needs of its consumers, who frequently use their vehicles to transport various forms of precious cargo. Thankfully, the Range’s vehicle security was recently confirmed by the European New Car Assessment Program.
Any doubts about the structural integrity of a light, aluminum chassis can be tossed out the window. The Range Rover received a 91% rating for adult passenger safety, 84% for child occupant safety and an 86% for their safety assist features. Admittedly, the massive Range scored a 64% for pedestrian safety, but it is presumably difficult for any vehicle of this size to score well in this category.
