A new model year brings new updates to the Land Rover vehicle lineup. Notable changes include a $2,000 reduction in base MSRP for four-door Evoque models, as well as a sharp new black trim package offered for 2013 Land Rover LR4 models.
The four-door Range Rover Evoque will reduce its base price from $43,995 to $41,995 for models featuring Pure trim. This new, entry-level model will forgo the panoramic glass roof (it will instead receive an aluminum roof) and navigation systems that come standard in every other trim level. The lower base-price will help Land Rover in their Evoque advertising campaigns, allowing the automaker to flash a lower entry-level price. Fully-loaded Evoque models will still run north of $50,000.
2013 Land Rover LR4 models now have the option of a Black Design Package which adds gloss black trim to the LR4 grille, door handles, fender vents and mirror caps. The Black Design Package also gives customers the option of choosing 19 or 20-inch black wheels to match the dark vehicle trim. Early photos of the European spec models look very sharp.
