The Evoque in question is dressed in camouflage, but it is easy to see that the photographed vehicle is lengthier than its popular younger sibling. We presume this larger Evoque is a prototype for the Range Rover Evoque XL, a model mentioned in a recent Autocar Magazine article which outlined Land Rover’s plans for expansion and featured several potential vehicles. We imagine that Land Rover is hoping to take the Evoque design and make it a bit more functional, ultimately appealing to families and customers who desire a bit more space.
It seems that the Evoque XL may compete for market space with new editions of the Range Rover Sport and even the Discovery. Also, the current Evoque boasts a fairly steep MSRP. We can only imagine that the Evoque XL will carry with it an XL price tag.
