Remember when Land Rover celebrated its 60th anniversary by presenting Prince Charles with the keys to 60 white Land Rovers for the Red Cross at a ceremony inside Buckingham Palace? Well…how did they do that?
It took military precision. Buckingham Palace is a busy place. You can’t just drive up to the gate and wave in 60 Land Rovers to parade about the square. In fact, due to the comings and goings of palace traffic, the group at Land Rover had just 60 minutes to prepare for one mightily impressive photo-op: 60 white Land Rovers on a giant red tarp, creating a giant red cross on the square inside Buckingham Palace.
