Our blog and social media channels have posted a variety of links to Land Rover and Range Rover tuners, unique aftermarket vehicles and old limited edition relics - but this latest vehicle takes the cake for the most unique (and strange) Rover hybrid to date.
The most serious of Land Rover diehards may be familiar with Glenforme of England; it is also likely that many Land Rover enthusiasts have never heard of this car maker at all. The company, founded in 1970, created a variety of rebodied Range Rover vehicles that can be best described as bizarre. Included in their “truck” lineup include six-door limousines and this Glenforme Facet.
This Ebay listing, which was brought to our attention by Autoblog, features this pink truck (?) sedan (?) coupe (?). The vehicle features a maroon interior, manual transmission, front skid plate and brush bar, as well as a commemorative desert storm spare tire cover. The asking price is $52,000, a figure that surely takes into consideration the vehicle’s scarcity. But we have to ask: Who would want one of these in the first place?
