My RR blower motor first stopped and decided not to work at all for a few weeks and then turned on full blast and wouldn’t stop until I disconnected the battery. After searching I was told it was the resistor and this one fixed all the problems of the week.

The final stage resistor (FSR) is responsible for the various speeds of the HVAC blower motor and is often the problem when the it doesn't blow at all or may be stuck at a single speed. It is found on the passenger side of the center console of a 2003 Range Rover HSE and can only be accessed by removing the glove compartment. It would be helpful if a schematic was included with the purchase of any FSR as they are very difficult to find on most, if not all, Land Rovers based upon my research. Denny Phillips
